The ICEPlex System is a great way to test for gene expression biomarkers.  We have performed experiments showing that we can very easily run a 16-plex and obtain a fully quantitative answer with FFPE and frozen samples.

To accurately quantitate mRNA expression levels it is essential that an assay technology has a broad dynamic range.  The ICEPlex not only has a broad dynamic range, but also allows for a high level of multiplexing.
